Driver door handle fell off in November, I took it in more than 3 times between November and April (always told they were ready). Each time, they sent me home with a broken handle, saying "we have to ord more than 3 times between November and April (always told they were ready). Each time, they sent me home with a broken handle, saying "we have to order the parts". Finally in April they said they "finally got the parts in." They scratched up the door trying to fix the handle and said I was going to have to leave it with them for a few days. Wife was now going into labor and that wasn't about to happen. I brought it back in June and it took 3 weeks for them to paint the door and finally fix the handle. I see some problem with what they fixed, but will not be taking it back to them to make any adjustments. Current service employee never called me to update me over the 3 weeks. I had to continually drive to the dealership to get an update. It was the worst experience ever. Never again. More
