Very hard to get in contact with the service people. Left on hold several times. Left message with complaint never got a call back! I went in for a recall on the airbag. I was there from 11AM-4:15PM, by appointment, for an oil change. I was told it would only take 2 hours so a loaner car wasn't necessary. At the 2 hours I checked and was told it would be another "7 minutes change. I was told it would only take 2 hours so a loaner car wasn't necessary. At the 2 hours I checked and was told it would be another "7 minutes or so". After 30 minutes I checked, and was told it would be ready shortly. When I tried to check again, the place was a ghost-town and I was starving. By 2:15 I was getting frantic as I had a grand-daughter to pick up by 3:30, 40 minutes away. I told them. Found Mike who tried to help me. He found my tech, Obi, who was sweet and tried to help me. By 3pm I was hysterical. Obi informed me that the oil filter wasn't at the dealership and they were trying to find one!! SAY WHAT?!?! I had to somehow, someway, find someone to get my 1stgrandchild. My 2nd grandchild need to be picked up by 4pm! They tried to finally found me loaner car....... it wouldn't come and wouldn't come and it wouldn't come. Come to find out, they were washing it for me. HOW CONSIDERATE. Forget that I had a crisis on my hands. The filter finally arrived and I was out by 4:15PM. Needless to say, I had to unearth someone else to pick up my 2nd grandchild. No one told me the truth about the status of my car and the lack of oil filter till about 3pm!!!! Unacceptable. Inhumane. Inconsiderate. If they'd only told me the truth at 11AM or before I even went there, I could have made arrangements. They probably didn't because they were short on loaner-cars. What I went through knowing I had 2 little children to pick up and couldn't, was absolutely inhumane. I will not set foot in this dealership again if I can help it and if this continues at the Williamson dealership I'm done with Buick. More
