Service took over 4 hours just to check the AC. No repair. Just added refrigerant. This was also on a user car purchased just a week prior. This should have been checked prior to sale. I was absolutely disappointed with the Service Dept. On Nov 9th, I made an appointment with Geovanny Suarez via text for Nov 10th at 11:00 a.m. When I showed up, I was told that Geovanny is no longer work Nov 9th, I made an appointment with Geovanny Suarez via text for Nov 10th at 11:00 a.m. When I showed up, I was told that Geovanny is no longer working at that location and that I did not have an appointment but if I was willing to wait 2 hours, they could serve the vehicle. I told I could not wait and therefore, made an appointment for Nov 12th at 12:00 noon. When I arrived at 11:55 a.m. there was no line whatsoever in service area, but there was no service personnel either. I went inside to the receptionist and she mentioned that is normal (????) that I just had to wait. Finally someone came and said although I had an appointment it will take 2 hours! After this period of time I started asking periodically for the vehicle, and every time they would say that it was going to be ready soon. It was 3:00 p.m. and I had not had any lunch and had a doctors appointment at 4:00 p.m. Once again, I asked if the car was ready, and they indicated that yes, and that it was being washed. At 3:30 p.m. I went and look for myself and saw the car was parked (not washed), so I said to the service advisor that it is not being washed and that I needed the car as it is. They brought the car and said they would not charge me so I can "leave happy". I thanked the gesture but did not leave happy at all. That day, Friday Nov 12th, I did not have lunch at all and missed my doctor's appointment as well. I believe this is unacceptable that I spend most of the day waiting for the car to have an oil change and tire rotation. Where can I go next time to get satisfactory service??? Besides, I am sorry to say but it seemed to me the service advisors were not busy at all. More
