False Pricing in advertising Bait and Switch pricing. Sierra slt advertised for 39900 and once financial documentation were filled out the price was 44k and out the door price wa Bait and Switch pricing. When I ask how could they advertise for 39900 They said I don't qualify for that price. My credit is at the top of the scale. When pressed on the pricing they said we can not sell you the car for the advertised price thank you for the opportunity More

I went with my husband today to buy a car that has one price online I am not giving any stars to this dealer. I can’t recomend. Worst experience ever. I went with my husband today to buy a car that has one price online and a different price on the sticker at the Dealer. We sat with a salesman and we asked more than a couple times for a the vehicle history that we never saw. The salesman, ran my husband’s credit report, never provided a copy for us to see it, after, he immediately brought a paper with some numbers, no numbers related to the payments and terms but related to fees. I discovered an extra fee of 599 which no explanation for, it was clear the vehicle price, the taxes; the registration and Tag, a Dealer fee of 799.21 and this extra 599. After claiming and asking him to remove that extra fee. He came back and asked us for a down payment, I asked him to bring us the numbers , monthly payments, terms and interest rate, all information that any buyers need to know before you pay and give your money to the dealer. Nobody buys a car and put 3000 dollars down without knowing what type of deal you are closing. When I asked the salesman about the numbers he told me “ Aquí no se trabaja así” meaning that before you as a buyers know your deal you need to give your money to the dealer. I don’t know if that’s legal I don’t think it is. It’s like a blind deal what they want you to do. I don’t know if they don’t sale and the desesparation it is making them to act this way. I had to do so many deals in my life and I never was in this type of situation where I felt ripe off. Oh plus the bad customer service, he even told me the finance guy was aggravated, I never spoke to this gentleman and he was aggravated maybe because I was asking about the fees and I was not willing to give our money to the dealer without knowing what kind of deal my husband and I will get. I hope this can help and you choose to have a better experience as a customer. Never going back to this Dealer. More

Whatever discounts you “negotiate” will be re-assessed as hidden fees in your contract. Be very careful with the Finance Manager, Marcial Lambert, he uses scare tactics and talks your head off to get you to sign the contract. Make sure you review your contract thoroughly before signing. If changes are made do not take his word because he will and has changed things. If he tells you he has a Finance degree from NYU, he is lying. He went to Interbero College( like Keiser) which closed in 2007. Then, there is Mr. Ernesto Ricardo Batista, do not give this person your business. He will ruin your life by not going through on what you agreed upon. Please do not give this dealer your business, there are many more deserving dealerships who will not use these run of the mill Bait & Switch and con-man tactics. More

Fraudulent Used Car deal I purchased a used car from this dealer. Only to find out that it had been involved in a crash a few months before. They showed me a carfax report tha I purchased a used car from this dealer. Only to find out that it had been involved in a crash a few months before. They showed me a carfax report that was clean. However I found a receipt in the SUV from a body shop that showed $2267.00 in damage to the front end, that they had left in the car. They told me that they had inspected the car and that it was in excellent condition with not a scratch. They lied and what worst they did it knowingly. Since the auto body shop was paid with a personal credit card. it would not show on carfax. More
