I went to this dealer based on an online ad and a newspaper ad. They advertised either a Buick Encore or a GMC Terrain for $1990.00 down and $64.00 a month. I was walking around the showroom for 10 m newspaper ad. They advertised either a Buick Encore or a GMC Terrain for $1990.00 down and $64.00 a month. I was walking around the showroom for 10 minutes, walked out, came back in and eventually 5 minutes later one of the 10 salesmen walking around asked if I needed help. I normally hate pushy salesmen but come on. I asked about the advertised deal and the salesman said "oh yes, come and sit and we will go over it", I just signed a contract for one today. He goes to show me the contract in the deal I went in for. $5770.00 down plus tax, and $69.00 a month. He then gave me his card and told me to let him know what I decided. I decided you are deceptive scammers and will never go back. My father in Law purchased an Encore at Brickell Buick and GMC and had an excellent experience. More
