After realizing that Ford and many of their local dealers were not interested in maintaining decent customer service I bought my very first Toyota. I had taken my Tundra in for its first service and tire rotation on a Saturday. On Monday morning I noticed a slight vibration in my steering wheel on my way to work. Billy had told me on Saturday that my drivers side rear tire looked to have a defect so I thought nothing of it since I was having the warranty send a new tire. At 5:30 when I was leaving work I noticed a rattling noise so I decided to go ahead and contact the dealership to let them know. Billy took my call and told me to go ahead and bring my truck to him personally. I was in Richardson and he knew I wouldn't make it in before closing but he wanted to see the truck. Billy stayed after all service staff, office staff and sales staff had left for the day working hard to get my truck right. We were the last 2 people there and he got everything fixed perfectly. He even took the truck on a road test to make sure there were no issues. This level of service is unfortunately completely unheard of these days. Longo of Prosper has made me into a loyal customer through the dedication of Billy and his genuine caring for the customer. And Billy has made me into a loyal Toyota customer as well. More

My First New Car When I first visited Lingo Toyota on Oct 22nd, I never dreamed I would drive away in a 2018 Corrolla. By thanks to Amanda Hunter, thats exactly what h When I first visited Lingo Toyota on Oct 22nd, I never dreamed I would drive away in a 2018 Corrolla. By thanks to Amanda Hunter, thats exactly what happened. The reason I stopped by was just to check out the used cars because I really didn't think I could afford or even qualify for a 2018 vehicle. Amanda greeted me when I came in and invited me to sit with her. After she heard why I was there, we talked about what kind of payment I could afford. Then she suggested I fill out a credit app, which ai did. About 20 mins later she came back with a set of keys and said "Jonnie, would you like to take your new car out for a spin?" I was so surprised, for once in my life I was at a loss for words. I could not believe it! She took me to the most beautiful Dk Grey Corrolla, which I now call Thunderstorm, because they usually mean trouble. So I tell all my family and friends....when you see me driving down your street you know TROUBLE is on her way😍😍😱😱! All the while Amanda is telling me about all the options and upgrades on the car, I'm still thinking no way can I afford this. Of course, I take it for a spin and in less than 5 mins have fallen in love with THUNDERSTORM!! Had it not been for Amanda and her persistence in putting me in one of the safest vehicles I've ever had, I wouldn't be the proud owner of THUNDERSTORM. This is my first new car I have purchased in my name. I am 82 yrs young and feel it every time I get into my car. Thank you Amanda for showing me I didn't have to settle for less. I am so glad I purchased my car from Longo Toyota. Less than 2 mos after I purchased my vehicle one of my tires went flat and could not be repaired. I took it back to Longo, they put a new tire on, did the 5000 mile maintenance and didn't charge me a dime. So not only did Amanda take great care of me....so did the service department. I highly recommend Longo Toyota and Amanda Hunter. More
