On my first purchase I traded for a 2008 Ford Expedition that has 50,000 miles when I purchased it and I drove it for another 200,000 before trading it for my new 2013 F150 Ford Truck. While driving those 200,000 miles I had only normal service work done to the SUV. I believe this speaks volumes for the Ford Brand and the way Long Lewis prepares it cars for resale. As for staff at Long Lewis I find everyone to be helpful and to go out of their way to make car shopping pleasant. Matt South who worked with me on my new purchase of the F150, followed up on my first call about a truck I has saw on the Long Lewis Florence lot and while not interested after I viewed if. Made calls to the Musical Shoals dealership to see what they had in what I had explained to Matt was the truck I was looking for. His next call to me was with the truck I had described and he worked with me on my trade and working with me on the purchase. Even after the sale Matt has worked to get a couple of items that was not with the truck at the time of purchase but had followed up to make sure those items have been installed. So often after the sale the sales personal don’t wish to be bothered, that has not been the case with Matt. So my recommendation is when you decide to look for a new vehicle go to Long Lewis and ask for Matt South. More

She simply showed us what was available, and left the decision making up to my husband and I, which is the way it should be. The other dealerships tried selling us on cars that we were just simply not comfortable with the price of. Plus, I knew what I was looking for. She was excellent explaining everything to us and helping to get the financing and the payment we wanted. When we went to sign the paperwork in the finance office, I received the same treatment there as when I walked in the door. When we left, the car was clean, gassed up, and ready to go.
