Great Salesmen and Great Deal Well being undecided about which car to lease, my salesmen Neil Bergman and Mitch Bryde kept me up to date on what was going on with the new car sale Well being undecided about which car to lease, my salesmen Neil Bergman and Mitch Bryde kept me up to date on what was going on with the new car sales. Being overwhelmed I was not satisfied with anything I had seen or driven. Their was nothing wrong with the vehicles, the ones I could afford just didn't see right or felt right. Well after asking him Neil to find me a VW Passat, in the meantime, in be known to him I had changed my mind about the mid sized car Well several days passed and he finally called and said he had found me a Psaat, but he had a car he thought I would really love and he began to describe the 2016 VW Jetta Sports trim he had found for me. Mitch had shown me the Psaat Sport earlier, so I was excited and the price made the tornado red 2016 Volkswagon Jetta Sports trim mine and the bluetooth and push button start made me just so happy, not to mention heated front seats, back up camera with navigation and I could go on and on. My husband likes the 17" alloy wheels. And to top it all the price was affordable for me! Not happy at first. My sales girl wasn't the most friendly or helpful , kept me sitting and waiting without letting me know what was going on . I feel like she didn't d My sales girl wasn't the most friendly or helpful , kept me sitting and waiting without letting me know what was going on . I feel like she didn't do what she was suppose to do to have the car ready to go for me first thing in the morning ( clean up , going over the whole car prep ) . There was still coke or coffee on the dash that my girlfriend pointed out to her that was never cleaned off the day before . The oil % was at 3 % ( had never been rest ), and come to find out the headlights didn't work , I feel all of this should have been done and checked before I got the car. Now on a good note - I called Ritchie on his cell ( while he was off and out of town ) and told him what was going on, and he told me to bring it back , and he had the lights and oil taken care of quickly and even set up the door access code . Thank you Ritchie for your help .. I only buy and drive Ford - Lincoln products for the last 30 years and if it had not been for Ritchie I may have been owning a different brand for my next purchase . I will not use the same sales girl again ever , but I will try and use your dealership on my next purchase . More
