Vehicle has been unreliable since day one when we bought it at Long. Service was awful seldom able to fix a problem right the first time. Often took 2, 3 or four trips. There's a Cadillac dealership a 1/4 of a mile away from me in Leominster (Durant's) I travel 25 mins to go to long for the service & to buy/lease my car. I tried the other place many times but the service me in Leominster (Durant's) I travel 25 mins to go to long for the service & to buy/lease my car. I tried the other place many times but the service dept & sales (thank you Ron) is by far not as good as Long. The people at Long Cadillac are Always friendly & helpfull I Bought tires from them & they were within $2 each of the big box store & I know they would be careful with my chrome wheels. The other place could even come close. Also to boot, Long gave me a loner car which the other place never did when I used them. My car is always washed when I leave longs unlike the other place. More
