I made the appt on line a week in advance with the request to call me to discuss my service appt. after waiting 4 days with no call I then called 2 times once each day prior to my appointment and stil request to call me to discuss my service appt. after waiting 4 days with no call I then called 2 times once each day prior to my appointment and still no return call. Once I arrived the advisor said he had no knowledge of my request or my phone calls. Your company would not give out a loaner vehicle so I was unable to get all the service work done that I needed and the shuttle does not take me back to Tampa where I need to go for work. I was only able to get the oil change completed due to the lack of communication from your staff. I waited two hours to get the oil change done after having an appointment scheduled at 9:30, the car was supposed to have been washed according to the service advisor and when I got in the car to leave it was apparent that it was not cleaned like the advisor had stated it would be. I purchased a vehicle from the dealership which is the reason why I return for the oil change. I was informed they were included at no charge when purchasing a vehicle. Not all they are they prompt with the service the car always comes back clean and even if I’m dropping it off only for an oil change they always have a loaner available if I don’t want to or have time to wait. We brought in our car for its regular oil service and were disappointed at the length of time it took to have the oil changed. We told the service agent we would wait. Brian and Antonio were courteous, extremely knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely want to make sure that I had a good experience at the dealership. I feel as though Brian, Antonio and most of the other employees I've met don't have to try and do a good job because a good job happens naturally when it's done by good people. My wife and I have been coming to Lokey Volkswagen for a little over 7 years now. Antonio, Brian, Geneva (who sold me the GLI) and the other staff at the dealership i've met are one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to Lokey Volkswagen. More
