My appointment was at 11 AM and I did arrive a few minutes late. I was told to wait for Antonio which I stood next to his desk but he never came over so somebody else had to start my service work ord minutes late. Maxx where I was called at around 1pm by Antonio to confirm the services that would be done. I asked how long I was told about an hour. I arrived back at the dealership at 2:15 and waited until around 2:45 when I asked again how much longer. I was told at least another hour. I only had a babysitter until 430 that day when I asked him again at 3:45 how much longer I was told at least another 20 minutes. I didn’t leave the dealership until after 415 that day. I believe my car did not start to be serviced until that phone call was made to me at 1 PM. Not sure why it took almost 5 hours to service my vehicle. Antonio would say I’ll check again but would seem to disappear. I watched as other people working with different service writers would come and go as I sat there and waited for mine to finish getting serviced. Disappointed to say the least. More

My engine oil level is LOW after oil change! I am very DISAPPOINTED in the service tech who serviced my car! I checked three times on level ground with the engine cold since driving the day before. According to my owner’s manual, the engine oil level is at least 1 QUART or more low! Went in for an issue with my front passenger tire not holding air. Danny in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and to the best of his abilities. I had a holding air. Danny in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and to the best of his abilities. I had an extended service plan through another dealership and was told it was through VW direct, Danny helped explain to me it’s a third party and together we figured out how to submit the claim. I will definitely be returning to Lokey VW and look forward to dealing with the service department again. More

I was very disappointed that I was charged $99 to run diagnostics. I have bought 3 vehicles from Lokey and done all my service there.
