Work was done, correctly. For 4,100 $. Would have expected to get the car washed, or at least have the floor mat, paper removed. Service department is horrible. Car has to go in multiple times for same issue. No call back. You have to harass them to get things taken care of. I had an appointment scheduled for my lease to be washed and oil changed. I was there for 3.5 hours. No one would update me on that status of my vehicle when asked. People that would walk in after me got th and oil changed. I was there for 3.5 hours. No one would update me on that status of my vehicle when asked. People that would walk in after me got there vehicle done immediately and back before mine because they knew people there in the department. And to top it off during a pandemic. Either no one was wearing a mask or their mask was around their chin. Completely inappropriate during pandemic times. Will never take my lease back there for service until I drop it off and go Somewhere else to buy a car. Awful experience. More
