I made an appointment for an oil change. The specified time was 9:30 AM. On the date of the service I just happened to check my email and I found that my appointment time had been changed to 11 o'clock wi time was 9:30 AM. On the date of the service I just happened to check my email and I found that my appointment time had been changed to 11 o'clock without my knowledge. When I called to inquire about the time change I was told that was the beginning of the lunch hour and that would probably be better off scheduling the appointment for 1 o'clock so I wouldn't have to wait so long. Other than that misunderstanding the service was fine. More

The lack of face masks was a great concern. The signs on the doors required customers to mask up. Very few employees did. Went next door and same thing. That showroom is large enough to stay away.
