Great service in the wake of some major challenges I was amazed at the number of cars fitted into the little spaces outside, but my service advisor Mr. Mandy was able to handle the crush for my 2:15 a I was amazed at the number of cars fitted into the little spaces outside, but my service advisor Mr. Mandy was able to handle the crush for my 2:15 appointment for a recall installation. Soon he had me scheduled for a ride home and set me up with the Dealership Shuttle and work that would be completed the next day. On the ride home Mr. Cirino, the Courtesy Van Driver, set me up with another driver who would contact me in the AM to be picked up and taken to the dealership. In the meantime, Mr. Mandy was back and forth between the service desk and the shop getting me an ETA for my car. Thanks for not letting me get lost in the rush! I was back home by early afternoon. More
