I have to say I always receive excellent attention about my issues as soon as I arrive. I came from st. Petersburg so I had to wait for my Jetta to complete servicing. The waiting room has comfortable sitting with color tv, hot coffee and donuts while I waited. My customer service agent Brian explained all the work that was done and completed and also had my car washed! It was a great experience thank you. More
