Probably not I had nothing but problems since I started the negotiation. I was able to get them to give more on car but it was a lot of convincing and getting ready to walk out the door. Summary because this is long: Ran my credit 14 times, transferred thebplate from current car to new Tiguan without informing me so I drove illegally for 2 weeks without knowing, they voided my registrati transferred thebplate from current car to new Tiguan without informing me so I drove illegally for 2 weeks without knowing, they voided my registration 2 days after I purchased it without informing me. -I want to start with a huge shoutout to Terrance, he was excellent while he showed us the different Tiguans and making a decision. He made the car search experience so pleasant. Our problem actually started when we got to the money guy. I came into the dealership with a loan that was already approved by USAA. The money guy wanted to offer a lower rate while still pay higher for the car by using their banks so I said OK why not. It was late in the day and a holiday weekend, so getting banks to answer immediately did not go as he thought. He sent my credit to approximately 14 banks. I did not know it was all 14 banks andsaw I got home from traveling 2 weeks later and received the denial letters from the banks stating that it was not approved because my credit was not high enough. The 1st letter had my credit at the number I knew I had, each letter had my credit drop by about 2 points. The last letter that I saw had my credit drop by 10 points, he did not even bother to tell me that he was going to run it that many times. In the end I used the loan that I came with to purchase the vehicle. The next issue was getting one of my old plates plates transferred to the new car. To make a long story short, he transferred the plate from my current car to the new car without informing me. I was driving my current car without a valid plate for 2 weeks before I finally found out while I was online checking my license. As soon as I found out I went to the dealership to purchase new plates for the Tiguan and transfer the other plate back to my Toyota. My birthday is in March and I purchased the vehicle in September. Me thinking ahead I thought let's purchase a registration that will last until March 2021 because I had a short turnaround for this new one. He agreed and I paid the extra money. Now March 2020, I go into the DMV to renew my license and my registration for my Toyota, only to find out that the Tiguan registration that I purchased was voided 2 days after I purchased it. I was in disbelief. I showed the clerk the registration I have that said March 2021 and he showed me on the computer where it was voided by Lokey. If I did not go into the DMV to renew my license I would not know that the Tiguan registration was not valid after March 2020. I was livid when I found this out. I will be calling Lokey to figure out what happened and why the registration was voided 2 days later without my consent without informing me possibly preventing me from driving illegally and getting a ticket.Did I mention we did not even walk out of the dealership with our car that first day? We had to wait 3 days for it to get here from Miami. Our plan was to go to Miami and get it ourselves but they insisted they could get it for us at no additional price. More

Great service from Eric, but... my passenger side had black grease bootmarks on the carpet, no protective paper down. There was two globs of white glue on my floor mat. Staff is always very pleasant and will go out of their way to get you an answer to any question you have.
