Best customer service for VW in the area. Was able to break down the differences in the various models down to the feature; allowing me to determine what I needed, what I didn’t, and what price I was wil break down the differences in the various models down to the feature; allowing me to determine what I needed, what I didn’t, and what price I was willing to pay for it. I’m always skeptical of car dealerships but I must say from the sale to the financing they’re probably the most transparent dealership I’ve dealt with. And that means ALOT! For anyone who’s been through a car buying experience before...I’m sure you know exactly what I mean. Great team and will probably shop with them again in the future. More

Bought a VW atlas on Sunday, September, 13, 2020. Joe Haig was my sales person. I’m so happy I went to Lokey. The process was smooth. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. Brought car in for tire change and Lane assist deactivated. The tire change went great but still javing issues with lane assist, problem NOT corrected.
