The employee that assisted me with my warranty issue was unprofessional and rude I reported it that day at the dealership. If I didn’t have to go back there I wouldn’t. The man just stood there working as I unprofessional and rude I reported it that day at the dealership. If I didn’t have to go back there I wouldn’t. The man just stood there working as I was waiting right in front of him to be helped he didn’t even acknowledge me for at least a few minutes I thought maybe they told me to go to the wrong person . When he did start with me he was rude from beginning to end . It was very uncomfortable and the things he says about my car made me question if I had been sold a car with a major issue . More

Lokey has the Best Service adave avisors that I've dealt with in my 50+ years of purchasing vehicles and having them serviced. I have never had better advisors than Kevin Massey and Chuck Shnitiker. I had an appointment to have my Brake flush on my Murano. Lee did an excellent job getting me in and out. I thought I was going to be there for hours and when he came to tell me my car was done I was so ha Lee did an excellent job getting me in and out.
