Took my Prius for a indicator saying the battery pack needed replacing. Leaving the dealership my navigation system radio and mirror control would not work and I had a blank screen. I took my Prius to a specialist in Prius repair discovered many fuses were missing causing this problem. only Lithia had access to the fuse box. They purposely cased a problem to milk me for more money. I will never trust the service department again. I purchased the Prius Oct 1 2006 and I have lost all trust in that they have any integrity.
