I was considering trading in a recently purchased luxury car for a truck. After visiting them, they didn't contact me for two days and then offered $6000 less than any other dealership in town for my trade-in based on Kelly Blue Book. I quickly realized they weren't as committed to me as I had been to them. I will likely never return to this dealership to purchase another Toyota and will gladly drive over 200 miles to another dealership. If you chose to work with them, do your own research before arriving. So much for loyalty. More
