Expeditious and satisfying purchase experience I knew which vehicle I wanted and what I was willing to pay as difference between selling price and allowance on my trade in. David Meltzer quickly s I knew which vehicle I wanted and what I was willing to pay as difference between selling price and allowance on my trade in. David Meltzer quickly showed me the available vehicles, appraised my vehicle and presented me with an offer. I made a counter offer and within two minutes we shook hands on a deal. The finance officer handled the multitude of forms efficiently, but when I asked about cancelling my present oil change contract, he said I would have to do it myself and neglected to tell me he had the necessary form or provide it to me. I had difficulty in reaching the office in Medford and when they called me back three days later, they informed me I had to get the form from the local dealership's financial officer. David Meltzer again came through and emailed me the form, saving me a 40 mile round trip. This was the second vehicle I had purchased at Lithia Subaru of Oregon City and if I purchase another new vehicle (I'm 84 years old), I am sure it will be from this dealer. More
