SERIOUSLY, WE WERE TREATED WONDERFULLY. Picked a miserable day for a test drive , 5 Jan, 3-4" snow in an hour, but it let the Subaru show off a bit, and the rest of the day just got better. They provided intelligent answers to all our dumb questions. We got down to a good price in 15-20 minutes, and then Paul, Brock, and the finance team kept things rolling until we had our keys and were on our way to lunch, about 3 1/2 hours, total. Due to high demand, the car we wanted was ordered and the process of the wait and the arrivial was handled very well. In all, this dealership sells a ton of Subarus. They know the cars and they know the customers that seek Subarus. In my past Subaru purchases we have gone elsewhere, but based on this experience I will gladly return and recommend Lithia Reno.
