Our initial contact for this particular purchase was Homero, who sent an email, then a follow-up phone call to try to interest us in trading in our 3 year old Forester. We loved that car, so it took some convincing to get us to consider the offer. Homero then introduced me to Tom, who was totally awesome, low pressure, friendly and sincere.
