Amazing care at the service department I live in Chico, CA, and drove to Reno to visit some friends, when I was there I went into the service department to ask a few questions (I prefer fac I live in Chico, CA, and drove to Reno to visit some friends, when I was there I went into the service department to ask a few questions (I prefer face to face interaction instead of phone/email) and I asked about what other places can I get service and explained how I was at ~7000 miles and still needed and oil change and I received a notification about a check up on the car. She (Misty) told me that I could be put into the shop now and that we can be done with everything within an hour. I found that it took less than 30 mins for them to work their magic and it was great. Again no problems with anything and its awesome. I might be a lifer very soon. More

However, after looking around the lot and seeing a new outback we Didn't come in looking for a new car. We were having our Subaru Tribeca serviced. Great service although it could be more timely Lithia always takes care of me to the best of their ability and did the same this time. Timing could of been better tho, took 2 days to get tires on.
