Purchased new vehicle We walked into Lithia Subaru and there were 4 different employees standing around and no one came over to help us. Mission accomplished thansk to Brock Our first stop at the dealership was on a Sunday afternoon and was a bit uncomfortable. Seemed like the stereotypical overanxious salesman approach w Our first stop at the dealership was on a Sunday afternoon and was a bit uncomfortable. Seemed like the stereotypical overanxious salesman approach where you get pounced on. We were quickly handed off to the only salesperson available apparently who didn't really seem to be interested in selling anything. We left feeling a bit disconcerted and not sure we liked the dealership. After reading some online reviews and talking to others that had used Lithia, I tried again by applying for an online special. That accomplished getting us set up with Brock, who did a great job with the sales process. From start to finish with him I felt like a "first rate citizen". So overall the experience was a good one. More
