I was hoping for better. Things were promised at the time of purchase and a month later I did finally get the new windshield that was promised and I am thankful for that. But I only got that because I had to of purchase and a month later I did finally get the new windshield that was promised and I am thankful for that. But I only got that because I had to stay on top of them by calling the dealership and texting my salesperson. I’m still waiting on them to do some minor bodywork and smoke bomb the car, maybe next month? I was really hoping not to have to write this review but I believe Lithia really dropped the ball as far as their customer service. I even emailed Adolfo the sales manager expressing my disappointment with the process and he never reached out to me to address my concerns, so after two emails asking me to please write a review this is the one I am forced to write, and I wish this was not the case but it seems once you buy the car and promises are made at the end of the day it’s just empty words. Very disappointed with a $12,000 vehicle purchase, shame on you for putting me in this position. More
Everyone there was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our salesman Zach was organized and fun to work with. Great facility, they offered drinks and nice restrooms. We love our car. Our salesman Gary was awesome. There was no pressure. However, there was pressure put on us to use one of the financiers they deal with even though we told them we had already been approved no pressure. However, there was pressure put on us to use one of the financiers they deal with even though we told them we had already been approved by a loan through our credit union. My husband used to work for a dealership and he explained to me that they get a kickback from these other money companies for talking us into doing business with them, and I think that is kind of shady. Other than that... our experience was awesome. Thanks Gary and Honda of ames. More

Overall I was treated well, but the buying process took way longer then expected. I stopped in and dropped off all the credit information so when I returned later that day it would go quickly. I have great credit so it shouldn’t have been a problem finding someone to finance me. The salesman was great. Everyone was nice. The prep/detail after the sale took way to long. The biggest disappointment was once I got home I did find the air filter hadn’t been changed and was filthy. That’s something that should’ve been changed during a normal service/ inspection before the car was even put on the lot. More

Francisco Reyes was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and we received an excellent customer service from him. A funny fact, while I drove away our new Accord, I forget to turn my light on, knowledgeable and we received an excellent customer service from him. A funny fact, while I drove away our new Accord, I forget to turn my light on, he ran from the building and tell me to turn the light to auto mode. He answered all our questions and bring us joy (He is a humor guy, we like him). After the next 2 days, he even called us to make sure we have no question. We are so impressed of customer service and we feel safe of purchasing a vehicle with him. I will recommend him to my friends and family. More
