I had been car shopping for a while when I saw a car on line. I inquired and got a call very quickly from Jessica. I told her the two I was interested in and we made an appointment to drive them. When I got there she was outside waiting, had the car running for me! She was awesome at explains the pros and cons of all the vehicles I was interested in and even went so far as to park all of them next to each other so I could evaluate each. I believe in staying in a budget, I explained this to her and she kept that first in mind. I can say this is just about the best car buying experience I’ve had. I was given a fair value for my trade without much bickering and a fair price for my new car. And my dog was by my side the whole time! Given the present state of the world today, it was especially appreciated to see a place the values their customers and it seemed, to me, they valued each other. Jessica was very positive about her job and responsibilities and spoke extremely highly of her coworkers. I walked away with a car I love at a price I felt good about and met some awesome people. Not a bad day in 2020! More

James was very professional and out of the 4 dealerships I contacted, he was the ONLY one who called me back. He picked out the perfect vehicle for me by listening to my needs and got me in at the price ra I contacted, he was the ONLY one who called me back. We just purchased our third vehicle (first 2 were brand new and 3rd one is slightly used 2019) from Lithia Hyundai this past Friday and we couldn't be happier with the Van or the service we received. James our Salesman and Logan in Finance were amazing. We had a unique situation and these 2 gentlemen were like "that's no big deal, we can take care of that or make this work, whatever we can to do to get you in the car you need". They both went so far above and beyond for us, giving us an amazing deal and everything we asked for. We had gone to 2 other dealerships prior and the service we received was nothing compared to Hyundai. If you are in the market for a brand new or new to you vehicle I highly recommend Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage more so recommend James and Logan, you won't find anyone more friendly and professional to help you in your car search.
