Worst Car-Buying Experience of My Life I purchased this vehicle for my daughter in October of 2014. We live in California, but I was assured from the sales rep that they handle transaction I purchased this vehicle for my daughter in October of 2014. We live in California, but I was assured from the sales rep that they handle transactions like this all the time. Long story short, after months of trying to get this car registered and the dealer pointing fingers at the CA DMV, a DMV agent took pity on my sobbing wife and helped us get the vehicle registered. I received registration yesterday (3/17/15) only to learn that title is still in the name of Ford Credit. Ford Credit says the dealer never sent them the title and I now have to go back to Lithia Ford. I will NEVER buy a Ford product again. More
