Wayne I appreciate the concern but this problem should have been discussed at you weekly staff meetings. If you are not asking the Service department what RO's are over a week old then its a management process issue. The service advisers need training badly, following up with customers and explaining the repairs upon delivery will also help. I received no questions on upsells oil change which was due, tires which I need and state inspection which went over due while parked in the service yard. Would have been to had it all done. Additionally, the service area is not marked clearly, didn't know where to pull up into, nobody meets the customer kinda lost where to go, stand, waiting area is over here, do you need a shuttle ride, etc. Lastly, the service area doe not have a night shift drop off, why not? I work at 0600 so drop off before that the place is not open; This causes me to have to take time off usually 1.5-2 hours, not worth it at your dealership. Regards
