Horrible service!! This was my first experience using this dealership's service department with my vehicle. I was surprised that an oil change did not come with a tire rotation included with the service. Have had nothing but problems with this dealership in sales and especially service. Took my truck in for a Saturday appointment, dropped it off, they call me 30 minutes later and tell me they can’t fix i sales and especially service. My wife and I as of a couple years ago made the decision not to buy another vehicle from there and definitely not use the service Dept.
