My Fiat lease through Lithia was my 11th lease. After 42 years of leasing cars, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I love the Fiat 500e, but I regret purchasing it at Lithia. Because they had the color that I wanted, I was willing to purchase it from Lithia, which is almost 3 hrs from me. Jacob, the salesman was great, but IMMEDIATELY after paying the down payment everything was horrible. The FI woman, was to call me the next day after paying the down payment online at 9:00am. She did not. After calling the dealership multiple times for hours with no answer, I was able to get through to service who then connected me to someone. The F&I lady, whom I am offering the grace of not naming, was rude, for example instead of calling me by my name, she called me whatever nickname she preferred for me. Upon correction, she was worse. She was condescending, for example, continually spoke to me as if I had never leased a car. "This is how a lease works..." She also let me know that if I corrected my address on the lease forms and returned the car that they would not be bringing the car back to me, even though I had paid extra to have the car delivered. She responded as if delivery were a curtesy! She withheld legal documents. When the car was transported to me, she explained to me that she had not even sent all the documents to me, only those for me to sign! I was never allowed to read the entire lease. I could continue to complain about her but it would only change the service in F&I from a D+ to an F-. It was HORRIBLE! Also, when the car with white leather upholstery was delivered to me, it was filthy with fast food crumbs from What-a-Burger. I know this because the driver had an apple pie in his back pocket. Finally, the car was delivered with a malfunctioning window, which cannot be repaired without leaving it for 2-4 days. And there is no loaner. And finally again... they failed to give me the home charger that was promised. I AM SO VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. More
