CONSUMER BEWARE: Do not use this dealership for service! In the past I had a pleasant experience in their showroom, and since have recommended them for sales to multiple of my friends and relatives who end In the past I had a pleasant experience in their showroom, and since have recommended them for sales to multiple of my friends and relatives who ended up purchasing vehicles there. Understandably then, I was ready to spend as much as needed (an estimated $2k+) here to get my Jeep Renegade's BCM reprogrammed and the starter looked at. Unfortunately, what started out as a two-hour "diagnostic" job (with my husband's approval to go ahead with repairs) devolved into eight months of this dealership holding our vehicle hostage. During this time, unsure when, it was involved in a collision while in the dealership's care- which I was not informed of until the day before it was finally picked up. (Side note: it was only released to me after I physically showed up at the location to pick up my vehicle, since all of my phone calls were directly forwarded to voicemail by Jacob, who thought this was funny.) The cooling fan is now damaged, there are multiple scratches and dents in the body, the limited edition Trailhawk emblem is missing from the fender they "replaced" - at this point my vehicle which was previously in fantastic cosmetic condition looks like it has been through the world's largest tumble dryer, and even though I paid nothing to get it back (thanks Rizwan) I am still left with the cost of fixing the damages somewhere else that I trust. Corporate (Ani E.) has been no help thus far, and I will be proceeding with litigation in small claims, but I hope this helps someone out there avoid dealing with this sorry excuse for a service department in the future. More
