The communication was deplorable. I was passed off and hung up on and not called back. I had a 9am appointment, left a VM for my rep at 8:45 and was never called back. I was told they contacted the previous owner of the car even though I’d left all of my information with the tow truck driver AND in voicemail. It’s completely unacceptable to not communicate with clients. My car was there all day long and not assessed until late in the day. I had to get a ride to the dealership to get any communication. Then they tried to sell me a ton of work that was simply unnecessary. More

Will not be coming back to Lipton Toyota for service again. Was told the wrong thing so many times and had to call 5 different people each time I wanted an answer.
