Went for simple oil change. It took about 15 minutes to get the car checked-in, then almost an hour while I waited for a “rental” loaner. This was with an appointment. A Chevy Malibu that smelled like smoke and 5 different gallons of men’s cologne, but the bonus was the sticky steering wheel. Two days later during pick-up, I drop-off the nasty rental loaner and wait over an hour for them to find my car, which was finished more than 24 hours ago. Not like we have jobs or anything.
