I called Lexus service to schedule for maintenance and when I asked any openings today I’m about to leave work around 2:35 pm . The person who I spoke with asked me if I can come at 3:00 pm .I arrived on when I asked any openings today I’m about to leave work around 2:35 pm . DO NOT DEAL WITH BRAIN ADDY. WE BROUGHT IN A CHECK FOR OVER $50K FROM OUR CREDIT UNION TO PURCHASE A 2020 RX350. THIS WAS OUR SECOND PURCHASE AT THE SAME DEALER. WE WERE TRADING IN OUR 2017 RX350 FOR A 20 OVER $50K FROM OUR CREDIT UNION TO PURCHASE A 2020 RX350. THIS WAS OUR SECOND PURCHASE AT THE SAME DEALER. WE WERE TRADING IN OUR 2017 RX350 FOR A 2020 RX350. WE GAVE BRAIN ADDY A CHECK FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE AND HE STILL PULLED OUR CREDIT WITHOUT TELLING US. WHY WOULD A DEALER PULL YOUR CREDIT IF HAS A CHECK ON HIS DESK FOR THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE FROM OUR CREDIT UNION. FIRST HE ASKED ABOUT OUR RATE AT OUR CREDIT AND COULD HE BEAT IT AND THEN HE SAID OUR CHECK MIGHT BOUNCE SO THAT IS WHY HE PULLED OUR CREDIT. THIS WAS OUR SECOND PURCHASE AT THE SAME DEALER AND THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER. HE APOLOGIZED AND SAID HE WOULD TAKE THE INQUIRY OFF OUR CREDIT REPORT LAST WEEK.
