Bought a 2006 odyssey. Tom had it ready for my appointment. I appreciated the lack of a sales pitch. dissappointed they did not fix back the storage compartment that came off its hinges...I suppos appointment. Came in on a Saturday afternoon and did not leave with a car only because the exterior and interior colors were not available. The desired combo was tracked, the auto picked-up on Monday, and delivered to car only because the exterior and interior colors were not available. I had a a great experience at Lindsay Cadillac. I took a risk and bought the 2010 DTS Plantinum Cadillac sight unseen. I came from Asheville, NC, and Tom and Tony guaranteed me the car was like new and was risk and bought the 2010 DTS Plantinum Cadillac sight unseen. I came from Asheville, NC, and Tom and Tony guaranteed me the car was like new and was a certified Cadillac. Tom promptly picked me up at the airport and the entire transaction took an hour from start to finish. I would definitely purchase another car from this dealership. Great job!!! More

This was my first time purchasing a Cadillac and from start to finish it was a great experience. Ian was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Once I made the decision to purchase the 2013 XTS start to finish it was a great experience. Ian was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Once I made the decision to purchase the 2013 XTS the color and options I wanted was not available at the dealership. Ian made a few calls and was able to locate the exact car I wanted within an hour and arranged to it delivered to the dealership within a few days. By far this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car and I will recommend Ian and Lindsay to all of my friends. Thanks Ian - I love the car! More
