Maintenance minder service I was in for an oil change and a power steering fluid exchange. I think this is the shortest amount of time I've ever spent at the dealership for my maintenance service. I was in and out at the express service rather quickly. I'm sure I could have gotten the power steering fluid exchange done somewhere else with another mechanic for substantially less but I like the service that I receive at Liberty Honda. My service advisor, I believe that's their title, was quite friendly helpful and informative. I've dealt with them before and he's maintained those qualities. More

Oil Change, No Appointment Excellent experience - I went on a busy Saturday, with no appointment. The gentleman who checked me in apologized and said it would be approximately Excellent experience - I went on a busy Saturday, with no appointment. The gentleman who checked me in apologized and said it would be approximately a two and a half hour wait, although it could be sooner. I agreed and settled in with my ereader in the customer waiting area. I only got through three chapters before I saw my car being pulled up outside, and it had even been washed (since it's an SUV and I'm short, this was a huge bonus for me)! But I'm not really surprised - this is the third Pilot we've purchased from Liberty Honda and we've always brought them back here for maintenance and service. We always encounter a very polite, accommodating staff who without fail provide phenomenal customer service. More
