The patience of a saint! My husband and I came to Lia Nissan and were very fortunate to get hooked up Jay. We came into see a Honda Fit they had on the lot. Jay never pressured us and was willing to take as long as we needed to feel comfortable. We ended up settling on a Honda Accord. When returned to pick it up we had even more questions! Again Jay sat with us and answered our questions. He even talked to us about our 8 month old and told us some of his EMT stories. In the time that it took to get the car detailed we got to know Jay a little bit and We both feel like he is a great guy. We left feeling very comfortable with our experience and would encourage our friends to buy from Lia and especially from Jay! More

After test driving the Rogue, Dave explained the multiple safety features of the vehicle along with the other new features. Soon after the test drive we reached an agreement and i was able to pick up my new vehicle a few days later. My wife absolutely loves hew new SUV. This week my sister was out looking for a new vehicle and I told her to stop by Lia Nisaan and asked for Dave and Rob Gage. We were not sure if we wanted to lease a new vehicle, or purchase a used one, but we knew we wanted a Murano. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman seated at a desk inside the front entrance. He took some preliminary information from us and put us in contact with Cody Anna, our salesperson. Cody was pleasant, personable and knowledgeable about the product line. He seemed more interested in what we wanted than what he wanted to sell. That is not always the case in the car game. He worked hard to learn our preferences and involved Rob Gaige in the process. Together, they were able to create a deal that we were both extremely pleased with. We had certain requirements which could have been deal breakers if not met. Rob spent the next couple of days trying to locate the exact ride we were looking for, and did so, in Pennsylvania! Four days after we initially sat down with Cody, we picked up our new Murano, and couldn't be happier. This has been one of the best car purchasing experiences, and we attribute that to the professionalism and courtesy of the individuals we dealt with. More

Tom went above and beyond I am an elderly woman and am an easy target to be taken advantage of when seeking service for my car. At 1st I was concerned and said 'I don't need 4!' but Mr. Sincora treated me with such respect and gentle assurance that they wanted to replace all 4, plus they washed and waxed my car at no charge!
