Before I purchased my last HONDA, I was comparing different models at different dealerships. Fortunately for me, I did not need a new car, but, I wanted to upgrade. And, lucky for me, I was able to get a great car, at a great price, with a Happy color. Thanks to the saleslady, Amy Marnell. She was quite knowledgeable about the different models, and what she did not know, she found out for me. From beginning to end, Amy made the whole purchasing experience a joy. She was professional in her approach, took into consideration any concerns that I had, friendly, and, even got me a couple of cups of coffee! I did not feel like a customer, but, rather, buying a car from a friend. Between Amy, and Conrad, the General Manager, I feel like I got treated really well, and, again, I got what I wanted in terms of price, vehicle, and color. And, at no time, did I feel under pressure to buy. My overall opinion of the dealership is that cars are presented well, and that the staff knows what they are doing, knows their products, and actually do care about the customer. Thank you Amy.
