I came in for a NYS inspection, oil & filter change & tire rotation. Jared Stoutenberg waited on me at the counter. He was polite, helpful and informative. I purchased a used CR-V from the dealership two years ago with an extended warranty covering 3 years and up to 60,000 miles. When my car was totaled after 2 years and I asked for a refund for the unused year with an extended warranty covering 3 years and up to 60,000 miles. When my car was totaled after 2 years and I asked for a refund for the unused year remaining on the warranty, Lia claimed that the warranty covered 3 years from the time I purchased the car, but 60,000 from the time the car was new. This was news to me, since the salesperson told me the warranty covered an additional 3 years or 60,000 miles. Lia continues to claim that the warranty covered 3 years from one date (the date of purchase) and 60,000 miles from a different date (the date the car was new). The actual contract isn't clear, only saying the coverage is for "36 months / 60,000 miles". Shame on Lia for lying at the time of purchase, and shame on them for avoiding responsibility. More

I have been looking around dealerships across the upstate area, as well as dealerships by New Jersey to look for a great deal on a New Car. The car grew 5000 more in price from that, without the taxes. I am aware of how dealerships work and those add-on fees were going straight to their pocket. The Sales Manager was no help to us at all and gave an attitude towards us. More
