Horrible customer service rep. I just wanted some help to find out where to go to get the info on updating my software. I thought he was rude and lazy. He tried to sell me on ge I just wanted some help to find out where to go to get the info on updating my software. I thought he was rude and lazy. He tried to sell me on getting a diagnostic done for $170 when I told him I just wanted a software update to see if that was my problem. He talked around my issue and did not give me the info I was asking for - how to find the download data for software updates or a number to call. I felt he did not want to investigate and find the answer out. More
