Tim is straightforward and no-nonsense. We negotiated the pricing over the phone and via email before coming into the dealership. He noticed a scuff on the car and assured us that he would make arrangements for it to be picked up and taken back to the dealer to fix and that we would be provided with a loaner car in the interim.
