We couldn’t have had a better experience when buying our car. We worked with Johnny and he answered all our questions and was very proactive in sending us suggested cars but never pushy. When someone becomes pushy I quit looking at their emails. He did not bombard us with emails but sent cars that fit within what we were looking for. He found one that interested us even though it wasn’t a hybrid and we went and test drove it. We had a wonderful experience there at the dealership as well as working with him. Even the young man we signed call the financial papers with at the end couldn’t have been more pleasant, helpful and enjoyable. It was a great experience all around!! I would highly recommend this Lexus dealership and most especially Johnny as your sales person. You will not be disappointed! More
