He has maintained ongoing communication with us as we familiarize ourselves with our new vehicles. Just an aside that impressed me personally...I had left a CD in my trade-in vehicle, we contacted Mr. Rothstein about the issue after the car had already been delivered to the other dealership and he graciously retrieved the CD and left it at the front desk for us. We met with Mr. Dekoning and I can honestly say that our experience with him and the Lexus dealership was outstanding. We purchased a used Lexus Gs 350 after some negotiation with prices. Mr. Dekoning made the deal happen and came through with everything he promised to get us, such as touch up paint. In fact, we were so satisfied with our experience that we took my grandparents to purchase a used Lexus Rx 350. Bill even went all the way to Southampton to get the car from the Lexus dealership there to bring back to show us. He went above and beyond and we ended up purchasing that car as well. His knowledge of the cars was extensive and it is obvious he knows what he's talking about, not to mention he's a genuinely friendly guy with a lot of integrity. If we ever need to purchase another car, we're definitely going to Bill again. More
