I think he worked hard to get me what I believe is a rare combination of exterior and interior colors. He checked in with me regularly by text or phone call while he searched and while we waited for delivery once he found the car. His attention to detail and organization is unusual--in any industry. I appreciated how careful and transparent he was about options and costs. Before my 50-mile drive to Riverside, he made sure everything was in place so that delivery day was smooth and easy.
