New location looks fantastic...but service is bad! I went to do wheel alignment and it took 5 hours to do wheel alignment. I was quoted one price by service agent, then Service manager (he was wearing Jamaic to do wheel alignment and it took 5 hours to do wheel alignment. I was quoted one price by service agent, then Service manager (he was wearing Jamaican colorful cap) stepped in and increased the quote so I had to go with the service agent. I spent 5 hours of my life there! The level of customer service is nothing of luxury company. The Service agents make you feel as if you owe them money and they are doing you a favor. Busy faces with a lot of commotion and running back and forth, while many customers left unhappy. While waiting I got hungry and tried their inside cafe if you can call it cafe. Bad decision, French onion soup tastes nothing like soup. The only good thing, it was empty inside the dealership and I had a chance to relax in one of their massage sofas. More

I just purchased my 5th Lexus. I have been able to get my best deals from CountyLine. I have tried the other 3 Lexus dealers but I keep comming back to the deals Countylines offers. My experience at this dealership was o.k. until we started discussing price. After going back and forth with offers, the saleman could see that his dealership pricing would not meet our reasearched fa started discussing price. The saleman then wrongly accused us of changing our mind on terms that affect the price and had an attitude with us. He claimed no dealer could meet our price. We left and went to JM Lexus and their first offer was a lot lower than we expected. No trade-in to consider, same equiped car, comparing apples to apples. More

Very sneaky, we test drove the Rx 330 and asking for certain options on the vehicle. Instead, he deceived us by indicating the options were on the vehicle until during the test drive, I began to questi certain options on the vehicle. He then swithed his story and said the option was not on this vehicle. Sneaky, as I told him up from that I didn't want to waste my time driving a vehicle without the specified options. Pushy, know-it-all. Never let me or my wife complete a sentence. Had more answers than we had questions. Friendly but obnoxious at the same time. Gives used car dealers a good name by comparison.
