I have serviced both my '05 RX330 and my '02 ES330 since 2002. I purchased both of these vehicles from this dealership. I drive from Orlando for the short services and I am always given a loaner Lexus. For 2002. I purchased both of these vehicles from this dealership. I drive from Orlando for the short services and I am always given a loaner Lexus. For the major services, 30K, 60K, etc. They will send someone to pick up my car and leave me with a loaner. Services are done very well and the car is always washed after the service. If they find an unexpected problem, not covered by warranty they will always contact me, explain what is wrong and the cost associated with the repair. They promised "tires for life" if the car is serviced by them. They put new Michelin tires on my ES300 at both 25K and 50K and I paid only for mounting and balancing. The RX will be going in for a 30K service and will be ready for new tires. I have and will continue to recommend this dealer to my friends. More
