RUN!!! I have bee n throughouly dissapointed wit h service at THIS Melbourne LEXUS DEALERSHIP; the lastest AND MOST unpleasant experience occured today. I have bee n throughouly dissapointed wit h service at THIS Melbourne LEXUS DEALERSHIP; the lastest AND MOST unpleasant experience occured today. I had to order a part for my Lexus 2014. I was waiting to hear from Mr BIran Toker if the part came in; i never heard a peep in two weeks. I called the dealeship today; Mrs. Jackie HArdoun answered their phone 3212547878; i asked her to transfer me to mr Toker"s phone; she did not but instead transferred me to a scheduling person who did not pick up the phone; i hang up and called again; this time- she displayed a very nasty attitutude and on a very high and bothered tone of voice explained to me Mr. Toker was on another phone call; I offered to wait and she put me on hold; every other second she would barge in and asked - on a very annoyed voice - CAn i transfer you to his voice mail ? I would again offered t ohold; this took a while; in the end she decided to transfer me to his voice mail anyway. I called back and got her again; she was furious when she heard my voice; I asked her to ask the service person =Mr.Toker to call me back; she says to me : "uhhuhh" and hang up after that. I am giving up. Will look for another dealership in the future to service my car; i bought this car from this dealership 1.5 years ago; they were nice at that time - both sales and serivce ; they changed a lot since; STAY away!!! More

Theses over confident con artists think that they can rip off the public, refuse to honor the warrenty, falsely advertise vehicles, insult the customers when the repairs are faulty AND threaten to sue customers for posting a bad review. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! They are so involved in their personal soap operas, the customer is treated like poo! Gossip in front of customers...very unprofessional! Should have bought at MERCEDES OF MELBOURNE! Lessen learned!! More
