EZ access, 5-star service. Customer service at it's best I bought my LS 460 at the Sanvers store and had some initial work done thee but when another issue arose I opted NOT to use the big Danvers store and I bought my LS 460 at the Sanvers store and had some initial work done thee but when another issue arose I opted NOT to use the big Danvers store and decided to try Ira Manchester. I am delighted I did and will never go back (not that Danvers was bad - Manchester was outstanding!). this is in no way a complaint - my only other point to mention is that they did not stock the part so I had to return the next day. A larger shop might have had the part. As the repair likely would have taken most of the day, either way I would have had to return. They provided a loaner vehicle. More

The problem is not the service center its the process The problem wasn't the service center it was the process .You drop the car off then wait for service advisor that's assigned to your car then wait the The problem wasn't the service center it was the process .You drop the car off then wait for service advisor that's assigned to your car then wait then go over the work being done, then when you pick it up you have to wait for your service advisor to check you out then you need to go to cashier . Big waste of employees and my time .Then she says its not always like this I said yes it is we where here last week same wait ,wait ,wait some more You don't need all that should be like most here my keys and call me when its done. My weekends are short enough not to have to waste it on a Saturday sitting at the service Center . I took my other car to Toyota dealership was in and out in 5 minutes pick up the same . More
