My recent experience with Lexus of Las Vegas very well could have been rated 5-Star instead of 4-Star if it weren’t for the fact I could not get a service rep or runner to acknowledge me upon arrival afte could have been rated 5-Star instead of 4-Star if it weren’t for the fact I could not get a service rep or runner to acknowledge me upon arrival after having my vehicle towed in after sustaining a tire blow out on I-15. The tow driver and myself stood by near the outside check in/out podium waiting for someone to help with the vehicle drop off for several minutes. Finally after I asked if someone could help me, an employee checked me in. A few minutes later service rep Vahagn Nazaryan (V) brought me in his office and started the service paperwork. From this moment until I picked up my vehicle five days later, the experience was excellent. When I sustained my blown tire, I had been on my way to the airport to catch a flight to Houston, Texas. After changing to a later flight, V. arranged for me to get a ride to the airport and offered to keep my vehicle at the dealership until I returned from my trip, as a new tire had to be ordered. While I was in Texas, V. texted me updates and kept me apprised of my vehicle status. When I returned from my trip and picked up my vehicle, a new tire had been installed and my vehicle had been serviced (10,000 mi scheduled maintenance) and washed. I was able to complete outgoing paperwork and be on my way within 15 minutes of arrival. That was nice. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you. More
