My car was damaged after bringing it to be serviced on Saturday. I contacted the service manager David Torrella, and he completely brushed off my concerns. He claims that no damage was done and that they’re not taking responsibility for it, even though I have several witnesses and dash cam footage to confirm the damage was done at their dealership. Aside from my car being damaged, it took over an hour to speak to a service consultant after my scheduled drop off time and they couldn’t even promise that my vehicle would be returned by the end of the day. The only advice they gave me was to come at a different time because they are short staffed, which is ridiculous because how am I supposed to know when they’re staffed. Do not come to this dealership, and definitely don’t bring your car here to get serviced, unless you want your car to be full of scratches. More

Don't know much about the dealership as my Lexus is an '04 which kinda speaks for it's self. However I can and will speak to the service department.
