Kristina Duval has always treated me exceptionally well. She is efficient, so knowledgeable, explains things to me, and listens to any of my concerns. The men who greet you when you pull into the repair area to check you in are always friendly, polite and quick. I feel welcomed and more importantly confident that my car is being well cared for. I also appreciate the complimentary car wash. But I do feel the charges are too high. Other than that, it’s a very good dealership. More

Its Saturday June 30th. This starts AND ends with the service the department. Finally after a few years I got an eagerly awaited recall notice to fix the passenger side airb This starts AND ends with the service the department. Finally after a few years I got an eagerly awaited recall notice to fix the passenger side airbag in my ES300h. I apparently fell threw their cracks twice, and parts were never order and I was never contacted again. Service department said they would order the parts and call me when they are in. I asked how long, she said about 2 weeks. 2-3 months go by and I call and this time service department has no idea what im talking about. Like they never spoke to me before. But this time the parts are in stock, weird coinidence right?? Anyways, Finally I get my car serviced, i go to pick it up and sat in the lobby for an hour o and hour and a half before having to hunt down a manager because i had sat there and watched at least 12 people that arrived after me, get greeted and sat and served, and out the door. Finally I told a lady ive waiting here awhile, I just want to make sure im going to be helped and that im in the right spot. She pretty much brushed me off and sais "yes someone will be with you, youre in the right spot". I continued to sit there and watch people come and go. And then came the part where I would miss an interview appointment, for something that was very important me that i can never reschedule. Thats i had enough and When I spoke to the "acting manager" he had no idea what i was talking either. The manager looked at my paperwork, left for a minute, came back and asked what the greeter looked like? I was thinking in my head, "are you seriously asking me that question right now???" I almost snapped! But i didnt. The messed up part is they had my money already, I paid online. I should have been in and out of there. I had been falling through all their tracks from the get go. I cant be the only one. I will never, NEVER, on my family name, Hamamoto, never, return to that dealership again. I had to have interacted with at least 7 employees that day, not one smiled. They all looked miserable. And are clearly terrible at their jobs. All of them, from the greeter to the so called manager. More
I found the advisor to be unprofessional, impatient, and dismissive. He repeatedly interrupted me, disregarded my input, the advisor’s demeanor was condescending, leaving me feeling belittled rather than as dismissive.
